The location was convenient! with easy access to public transportation. I appreciated the proximity to bus stops. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was an adequate size.
The noise from the reception area was disruptive at times. It was particularly noticeable late in the evening. The extractor fan outside my window was also quite loud. This made it difficult to relax.

i stayed in a comfort double or twin room and it was super clean! the breakfast buffet was amazing with so many choices, i ate a lot. staff were totally on it, so friendly and helpful, especially with bus routes to the city center.

Breakfast offered good choices. The veggie scottish breakfast was tasty and well-prepared? the location proved convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. the staff were helpful and friendly, especially during check-in.
the window in my room did not fully close, a slight inconvenience. but it didn't impact my stay much.
