Excellent stay at a charming location

The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The pool and jacuzzi were relaxing and swan jet nozzles provided a fantastic massage. The bedroom was nice and neat with nice gardens that had plenty of seating areas for privacy.
I noticed that the room was quite dusty and the window seemed ill fitting. the door wasn't secure. It didn't shut properly when we returned to get ready for dinner. Cleanliness wasn't as it should have been.
