the location was great close to most tourist attractions and various restaurants. the staff were very attentive to us and especially to our kids. she was patient and very accommodating to them. they totally enjoyed themselves!
the price of drinks was told you get 30% being a resident but it did not apply in the lobby bar. rules were not clear when happy hours were certain bars at different times so twice was caught out. my partner was on soft drinks no discount on them making it a very expensive mistake.

the location was really convenient near the train station it made getting around so easy. the hotel was clean and cool which i appreciated after a day out. the staff were very helpful and always ready to assist with any questions i had.
the room's air conditioning was a bit inconsistent it was either too cold or too hot. i found it difficult to get the temperature just right. a light fixture in the room was broken it was a minor inconvenience but still noticeable.
