Fantastic Transit Stay!

I found the staff helpful and courteous. The hotel is easily accessible to connecting flights, just a short walk. It was nice that my requested complimentary meal was prepared for takeaway and ready at check-out.

The air conditioning seemed to be stuck on high, so the room felt freezing. I had to ask the night manager to adjust the controls before the temperature normalized. A minor inconvenience during an otherwise restful stay.

The staff ensured my wake-up call was precisely 45 minutes before boarding. The assistance offered by Firdaus and Nicholas. Their assistance was invaluable.

the room had a very dark ambiance it ensured that sleep came easily. i found great towels in the ensuite bathroom. the shower offered good water pressure it refreshed me before my next flight.

the air conditioning was quite cold i could not adjust it. the noise it made was a bit difficult. there was no fridge provided that disappointed me.
