the location suited my needs well. my room included a water dispenser offering hot and cold options, a feature i used often. the gym had several treadmills, i saw three, this helped spread out guests.
the tv channels had a limited selection i thought.

the breakfast included with the stay was alright , with several options available.
i was quite disappointed because the air conditioner barely worked , my room felt warm all the time. also , i found that the filtered water tap in the bathroom produced water with an odd taste , it did not feel very refreshing. i expected better water quality , particularly considering it is meant to reduce plastic waste.

The room was very quiet and clean. it was easy to access any section of the city because of the central location. the breakfast had an extensive food variety, and i found it to be excellent. ismail greeted me with a smile. I thought that was a nice touch.
i found virtually no control over the air conditioning.

the staff demonstrated commitment. they happily provided above-and-beyond service. the housekeeping was meticulously serviced daily by rama lingom, a young man. he always ensured complete satisfaction.

the hotel is connected to a shopping mall. this is very helpful for buying regular stuff and eating out. the location is well connected with a road route and the mrt. i found this convenient.
