A Balanced Stay

The room was clean, bright, and modern. It was a Suite, and I was surprised it had two TV's. The hotel located close to a metro station. It was relatively easy to get to the airport from there.
The staff was unfriendly, and ignorant. The hotel ended up costing more than expected. The air conditioning did not work in the room, and it was too noisy to open the window.

the staff was very friendly and polite. they addressed our needs promptly. the breakfast had a nice variety. the location near the train station made accessing the city center easy.
The room faced the street and some noise from street traffic and a nearby school was noticed even on saturday morning. someone opened our room door at 4 am with a key. apparently, it was another guest given the same room. We used luggage to block the door the second night.

i greatly valued the warm welcome from the staff upon my arrival. they provided clear directions and useful local tips which was very helpful. i was especially grateful when they thoughtfully prepared a picnic for me on my early departure , since i would miss breakfast. the hotel was impeccably clean , modern, and conveniently located.
the hotel advertises a sun terrace , but it does not have one.

the reception staff was friendly and efficient , they promptly addressed all my inquiries and requests. the housekeeping service ensured my room was consistently clean and well-kept throughout my stay. i appreciated the attentiveness shown by all the team members.
