i have stayed here before and this time i found the check-in staff to be really good. a receptionist named ytentz provided excellent service, he deserves recognition from the management. all aspects were good this visit. i definitely intend to book here again.
I would like it if complimentary ice buckets were standard. Most hotels include this without charge. this was the only drawback to an otherwise amazing stay.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The buffet spread was very wide. chefs were very attentive to guests. the sushi and seafood theme nights were AMAZING!!!

The location is convenient as it is near a bus stop. It provides good general transportation, especially for metro access. The hotel provides many facilities. The room was very clean. The crew members were fantastic. I stayed over one night and the room rate was good.
The valet dismissed us and we ended up parking the car in the basement ourselves when it was clear we were not meant to be accessing the parking ourselves.

The breakfast arrangements seemed excellent. There was friendly and helpful staff present. A lovely coffee and a croissant were served to me in the lobby cafe. The breakfast was delicious.

The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The luxurious feel of the bed linen added to a wonderful stay. Amenities were perfectly arranged. The room attendant was courteous and ensured that the room was immaculate every day.

Ms. Monika was very understanding and welcomed us with a great smile. She was very professional at her work. Bell boys Shoiab and Shameer were very helpful to me. Omaima was very professional as well

I found a shop on-site selling essentials, very handy. The pool looked inviting with twenty loungers ready. Complimentary shuttles ran to the Dubai Mall and Deira City Centre, saving on transport. I must say, the Makan Restaurant had tasty food. Yeyint gives an excellent service.
I noticed very few amenities in the room. some sockets do not work, not convenient.

the staff was very helpful, and i was welcomed from check-in. the service was consistently high. the overall atmosphere was calm and comfortable. the team.
i found the pool area small. no waiter approached, except the shisha guy. getting a beer at the side of the pool required me to go up and order it myself. i found this inconvenient.
