the hotel's location was great, just steps from the train station and gondola. i also found the breakfast to be amazing with a wide selection of options. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing great assistance when needed. i really appreciated the communal areas, especially the games and shuffleboard.

The hotel stands next to the train station and the gondola. Check in occurred early, it was a great advantage. The gym includes lake views and a sauna. Breakfast provides many tasty options and opens early before the Oslo train.
Finding the parking was unclear, I had to figure it out. There were lines at the reception with limited assistance. The front desk service needs improvements.

The location was AMAZING!!! It is close to the cable cart, the train station, and the bus stop. I especially loved that it was near the beautiful lake. I took long walks and had such a relaxing time.
The curtains in the room did not block enough light.

This hotel IS easy to access from the train station. I enjoyed the clean, comfortable room! The breakfast had many options with clearly labelled allergens and gluten-free bread! Lockers were available for ski equipment.
the EVENING buffet was expensive. And crowded.

broken tvdirty dishes
The standard double room i got, was not what i expected. it had two beds and a sofa bed opened, taking up space that i did not need. the tv did not work, and nobody answered when i tried calling reception. the breakfast tables weren't cleaned either.
