The hotel is next door to the central train station!!! i found this location very convenient. the customer service was also great. Dogukan yildirim were really nice too.
i noticed the sauna and pool were closed.

the staff was helpful. i was welcomed warmly. the room was ready on time. the hotel provided treats and a comfortable bed for my dog. the location is great. the building architecture is antique. i enjoyed christmas decorations.
i found the driveway small. i noticed it was always crowded. an outdoor smoking area is upwind from it, so i smelled smoke when i entered the hotel.

the location next to the train station proved quite useful (especially with luggage).
I found the room overpriced for what it offered. the air conditioning did not work, a major issue. despite attempts to turn it off, it continued to blast cold air throughout the night. also, the bed advertised as king size was two mattresses joined together. I sank uncomfortably between them.
