train station great service
The hotel is next door to the central train station!!! i found this location very convenient. the customer service was also great. Dogukan yildirim were really nice too.
i noticed the sauna and pool were closed.

excellent stay
helpful staff christmas decorations comfortable bed
the staff was helpful. i was welcomed warmly. the room was ready on time. the hotel provided treats and a comfortable bed for my dog. the location is great. the building architecture is antique. i enjoyed christmas decorations.
i found the driveway small. i noticed it was always crowded. an outdoor smoking area is upwind from it, so i smelled smoke when i entered the hotel.

the staff, including the porter and receptionist, provided great service. i found them to be very attentive and responsive to my needs. the hotel provides thoughtful gestures for kids. they found and kept my lost sunglasses.

the location is convenient. it has good access to transportation and nearby attractions. there is also a gated area near the hotel. i enjoyed playing with my dog there. it is a practical choice.

underwhelming stay with issues
broken air conditioning uncomfortable bed
the location next to the train station proved quite useful (especially with luggage).
I found the room overpriced for what it offered. the air conditioning did not work, a major issue. despite attempts to turn it off, it continued to blast cold air throughout the night. also, the bed advertised as king size was two mattresses joined together. I sank uncomfortably between them.
