the staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet was very good. i found the facilities good, and my stay was excellent. it was a positive experience overall. i liked the rooms, they was comfortable and clean. the breakfasts were also very good in a very nice room. the location is good, it is just a few minutes walk to the main station. easy access to many attractions, they are within walking distance from the hotel.
My room was awkwardly designed. To open the safe, you needed to open the fridge. bed linen was folded on the bed, so i needed to make my bed. towels were in the bedroom not the bathroom. the front of the hotel give an impression that is not confortable, some homeless were on both sides of the hotel gate all day. my room was little, the pass between the bed and the desk was just 25 cm. it didn't have a luggage rack and in the bathroom the light over the mirror was broken.

the hotel is near the main train station. the room was comfortable and included a refrigerator. i appreciated the water cooker and coffee pot. the staff offered early check-in to an upgraded room.
i noticed a very slight lack of variety at breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the main train station. This provides easy access to transportation, a big plus for travelers arriving or departing by train, we loved it. nearby attractions are easily accessible.

The hotel provides parking underground. This is convenient traveling with cars and luggage, we found it very useful. the hotel also has a grocery store at the entrance making it easy to grab essentials.

the breakfast offers many selections. the hotel offers a buffet breakfast. i saw quality food, even if there wasn't much variety. the service was responsive.

The room was spacious with modern conveniences, it offered comfort and convenience. there was a nespresso machine in the room. the provided welcome amenities added value to the stay. That was a surprise.

mixed feelings about my stay
sewage smellmissing towels
The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. i noticed the absence of hand towels and shower mats. There were only two large towels available. i asked at reception, but they told me they had no more towels in the entire hotel. this was quite disappointing for a hotel stay costing as much as it did.
