the staff were nice. i appreciated the included activities during the day.
The service was frustrating. Drinks i ordered arrived after dessert. there was also humidity in the rooms and public areas. I could smell dampness, which wasn't great.

I had an very nice time in my Ocean Sky Junior Suite King. The room was modern and spacious. I appreciated the fantastic beach view. The staff always greeted me warmly throughout the hotel. I also found breakfast service excellent. Deesant, the manager, was cute. He runs breakfast impeccably. The team addressed any concerns quickly. They were really good too fix cleanliness issues. I really appreciated that.

The hotel is located near good transport links. It makes moving around the area easy. Getting to and from the city is quick. This helped me to.

I found many choices for dinner. The team prepared a table on the beach. This was a very nice touch for my first dinner. I recommend Waves restaurant. It had an amazing Creole Chicken BBQ and Steak.

The hotel features multiple swimming pools. Pools were well maintained with plenty of sunbeds. The gym is well equipped and available 24/7. It also has a leader who is great.

The staff are lovely and always greet you. I especially want to appreciate Sheila, Kavish, and Ismail. Everyone I encountered. I also appreciate the staff for organizing everything .

The restaurants delivered excellent food plus attentive service. Rooms featured spacious layouts and immaculate cleanliness. I also received a good parting gift as a memento. Restaurants provided excellent cuisine with attentive personnel. I specifically appreciated the housekeeping services that maintained a consistently high standard.
I found that the beach had visual appeal, but swimming was challenging due to rocks. It needed water shoes

My Ocean Sky Junior Suite King included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. This room also featured a king-sized bed with quality linens. It was great!

i enjoyed the on-site restaurants, especially the japanese restaurant. it had wonderful food. the crystal clear swimming pools provided a refreshing escape with views of the sea. the staff was genuinely warm and helpful, addressing my needs quickly. i appreciated the helpful service.
i found the beach not very swimmable due to the stones.
