fantastic experience
attentive staff extended stay good restaurants folded laundry
the hotel is beautiful. the pool area is wonderful and the staff are attentive. i extended my stay from three nights to five. the restaurants are very good also. i was allowed to enjoy the pool and shower facilities after checkout until my evening flight. even laundry i had left on the floor was folded.
The breakfast buffet could be skipped. There are better options in the surrounding area.

the gym includes updated equipment, such as three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. these amenities provide comprehensive options for both fitness and leisure ..

rooftop pool generous breakfast city view
the hotel upgraded me to a lovely junior king suite city view, it felt special. the rooftop pool and sunbathing area offered fine views, i was so relaxed. breakfast was generous, with delicious options each morning, such a good start to the day.
the air conditioning in the room felt somewhat weak, not strong enough to cool the room quickly.

Nice Stay at This Hotel
spacious rooms clean room colonial architecture marble bathroom
The rooms are spacious and quite clean. My room featured white and grey colonial architecture. The bathroom have large marble, it is beautiful. I find standard Thai food very close by, also pharmacies, and a 7-Eleven.
The towel they provided isn't the quality I expected. I expect a better absorbent type. on the second day, my room wasn't cleaned, and I needed to call the reception.

I find all employees provide great service. I think they are beaming ready to advise customers. The breakfast staff was attentive to my gluten-free needs, and always smiling.

The hotel is very central. The Sunday night market is close by and so much fun. I did appreciate ample parking available here.

the staff provided excellent service. the room was cozy and had all the facilities i needed (including a safe and mini-fridge). i especially liked the strategic location.
the sound insulation could be improved as i could hear some noise from nearby rooms.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. My room was spotlessly clean, a very quiet place. I found the bed very comfortable with a nice bathroom. The hotel offered a good quality restaurant with plenty of choice at breakfast.

Service Is Absent and Rooms Are Noisy
poor service bad noise insulation
The service here seems unusually bad. I asked for towels and had to follow up twice. The room wasn't cleaned until I asked twice. The noise insulation is also bad. I could hear people and doors all the time. This made it hard to sleep.
