the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was cozy and very clean. the location of the hotel is very good.. it is only a short walk to many attractions.
noise insulation is not good. you can easily hear conversations or noise coming from the hallway or adjacent rooms.

I found the location to be excellent.. It was a short walk to main attractions and Termini Station. The staff provided assistance with directions and recommendations. The room was quite clean, and it contained necessary amenities.
The soundproofing in the room needs improvement. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms and street traffic, which occasionally disturbed my sleep. I suggest addressing this issue to improve guest comfort.
