high noise level poor soundproofing
the host was very friendly upon arrival, the room had a big bed, it felt comfortable. the bathroom seemed newly updated, very neat place.
i would likely ask for a room not on the ground floor next time, as the noise levels were quite high. i also found the room smaller than expected. the soundproofing between rooms was not great, i could hear conversations next door.

lack of elevator poor soundproofing
The location was acceptable. A bus stop to the center was right across the road.
there was no elevator in the building (i was on the third floor with heavy luggage). the room lacked proper soundproofing. i could clearly hear conversations and noise from the hallway, it disrupted my sleep on several occasions.

Fantastic Spot!
handy kettle clean bathroom convenient bus stop
My room had a kettle for tea. The bathroom looks newly renovated and sparkling clean. The bus stop right outside was very convenient. I got early check in and appreciated that.
There was no breakfast available, which I needed to plan for.

The location is good because the bus stop is right across the street. It made getting to the city easy. A short walk leads to great breakfast spots on Minto Street.

I found good options for breakfast near the hotel. Picnic, a spot down Minto Street, serves a good breakfast for a reasonable price. There are many places on Paranelgasse too.

The hosts responded quick to my questions. They kept the rooms fresh each day, it was very nice. The owner was really friendly on arrival and helpful.
