The location was quite convenient. I walked to south station with ease. the room had useful amenities including an iron, fridge, and hairdryer. That helped a lot. check-in was fast because i completed the online form beforehand.
i found the heating system lacking. there was no central heating in the room, it was very cold at night and during the day. this was a major drawback to my stay.

The staff were lovely. They seemed happy to help.
the room i got was a bit rough. there was no toilet brush, pretty basic. also, the water from the sink barely trickled out. it was a really slow drain, so washing my hands seemed like a chore.

excellent stay near wembley!

The hotel is so close to south harrow station. I literally walked there in minutes! the room was super clean, and i really enjoyed that the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. also, the free parking was a lifesaver for me. It made everything so much easier!
the breakfast selection was a bit limited , but still adequate.

my twin room was spacious , and i noticed it had fresh towels. the television worked perfectly , and i found plenty of accessible power outlets for all my devices. the provided toiletries were a really nice touch , too.
