excellent stay
perfect location elegant furnishing free water attentive staff
The location was great for walking to the castle area. Also it was easy to cross chain bridge to the main town. the hotel was elegantly furnished, keeping its former life as a monastery. free drinking water was provided. This was a very convenient benefit. the staff was helpful and attentive.
the hot food at breakfast was only warm! crockery was often chipped and needed replacing.

The hotel includes secure parking. This is convenient considering the location. the building is a beautiful, historic structure. It provided a unique atmosphere. the hotel is close to a tram stop. This made getting around easier.

lacking room service tissue box
The location was acceptable. It was near public transport.
The room service was seriously lacking. They only exchanged towels. they did not make the bed. the tissue box was not replaced. all of this seems unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.

I had a queen room. the room was very clean and well equipped. the staff was helpful! the location is great. All the sights are easily accessible.
the aircon was faulty. the lights were also not functioning properly. i found some mould in the shower. that was not cool.

the room was spacious (a superior double room). a tram stop was a few meters away. the continental breakfast was excellent.

helpful staff spacious room tasty selection
The staff was very helpful, assisting with directions (and local recommendations!). the room was quite spacious and clean. i found the breakfast selection to be very varied and tasty. It included many hungarian specialties.
