The location was perfect. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. the hotel was modern, and the rooms were super clean. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. i really appreciated the convenient parking garage too. It was a huge help.
It was a bit bothersome, but everything else was superb.

The room included a comfortable king-size bed and a spacious bathroom with a rainfall shower. It was very clean. ammenities were a bonus. there were two separate sinks, made getting ready in the morning so easy.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. i especially loved the fresh fruit selection. the hotel restaurant, tapaz fino, served really tasty food. it was a great choice for dinner, with very attentive service.

The hotel staff was attentive and helpful, assisting with every request promptly. i noticed that the reception staff spoke several languages fluently, helpful. they provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. It was very thoughtful.

The bathroom cleanliness was subpar. i found hair in the shower. a sewage smell lingered in the room despite airing it out. also, noise from the hallway disturbed sleep. Soundproofing is needed.
