The breakfast had many choices (especially the Japanese dishes!). The hotel is next to the train station. It made it easy to get around. The location was very convenient. I also liked the onsen and spa a lot. I would book again!
The room was not cleaned well. I noticed they did not vacuum my room most days. My bathroom smelled like sewage even after they tried to fix it. I stayed there for six days, so this was a significant issue.

the hotel's proximity to the train station proved very convenient. i found various dining options nearby and a supermarket offering prepared foods which allowed for convenient in-room dining. the staff were consistently helpful providing advice when i needed it.
the room looked smaller than expected perhaps better suited for a solo traveller rather than a couple. the breakfast selection though adequate could benefit from some variation in its offerings.

i really liked the location it is near the station. lots of restaurants are also around. the rooftop bath was very nice too, i enjoyed it!
the room was not thoroughly cleaned, with strands of women's hair on the carpet. they stuck to my suitcase wheels and slippers, that was unpleasant.

The staff showed very nice graciousness. I left my luggage in the room for two days and they held it for me until i returned. i loved the view from my room, and the location right next to the station made getting around easy. it was reasonably priced too.
the room felt smaller than expected, and it was quite cramped. i felt the hotel budget prioritized the lobby over room space. a clearer explanation of all fees at check-in would be appreciated.
