the hotel's proximity to shibuya station proved useful, providing easy access to various parts of the city. i found the family mart right next door convenient for late-night snacks and quick necessities. i appreciated the icemaker, vending machine, and microwave available for guest use. the staff immediately called a taxi for us, offering helpful information.
during my stay, the central air conditioning was set to heating only, making the room uncomfortably warm, and i had to request a fan and open the window slightly for some cool air.

the room included pajamas, a kettle, and a mini-fridge for added convenience. there were no wardrobes or cupboards, and understorage was not an option, difficult to store things. the room size allowed us to open our two large suitcases.

The location is only a short walk from the famous shibuya crossing this popular spot. Shibuya parco is also only a 3-minute walk away. yoyogi park provided a nearby escape from the busier shibuya area. it's about an 8-minute walk from shibuya station.

The pronto cafe in the lobby served as the breakfast venue, with a predetermined set menu. breakfast was only offering two choices, western or japanese, and the western set included two slices of toast, a fried egg, bacon, salad, and onion soup. The value of the breakfast coupon at pronto was 990 yen.

the hotel has a family mart one minute away. it has atm included i think is good. i was near to the station about 10 min distance from the hotel and that was great. i like the air conditioning in my room it works good.
the hotel appear a bit old i think.

The hotel is a short walk to Shibuya Station, about eight minutes. This made it easy to explore various neighborhoods. There are numerous restaurants and shops close by. The staff was helpful and quick to address my needs.
The room's soundproofing was not the best. I could sometimes hear street noise.

i appreciated that the hotel was near shibuya crossing. family mart was also next door, very convenient. the front desk provided taxi service when i needed it. the room size was larger than i expected, it was a twins room.
I noticed there were no complimentary water bottles provided. It would have been a nice touch.
