The hotel benefits from direct access to ski lifts. Guests can easily reach Plattieres, Pas du Lac, and Combes lifts. I found the staff friendly. They provided efficient and professional service. The lounge area included a bar and a fireplace.
The room felt a bit too warm at times. I could not always regulate the temperature perfectly.
