average stay with room issues

faulty air conditioning uncomfortable bed

the breakfast included many options, acceptable.

The room's air conditioning system did not function well. The room was consistently cold. additionally, i requested a room with a double bed a month in advance, but i received two mattresses pushed together. no topper existed to bridge the gap. It was quite uncomfortable.
