i liked that the hotel provided a convenient location close to main touristic places. staff stored luggage after check-out, that was helpful. the room was clean and the internet have a good quality, i liked that.

the room lack of mini bar, disappointing. also, there wasn't any place to put my clothes. there wasn't telephone to connect with reception or any service, it was unconvinient.

i REALLY disliked the breakfast situation. options seemed limited, but the biggest issue was with the staff. a woman there loudly confronted me about payment, even after i'd agreed to pay, it was humiliating. she acted as if i would run away, which i found really rude.

The room was smaller than i expected, honestly. i didn't have enough space to properly store my clothes, and a minibar was completely absent. also, there was no phone in the room, so contacting reception for any issues was impossible. This lack of basic amenities was disappointing.
