acceptable stay with issues

the location was central the staff was helpful.
the room lacked basic amenities there was no water bottle the orange juice at breakfast tasted artificial the bread was dry too i found this unacceptable for the price i paid i expect better quality from a hotel in this category

i found the location perfect.. it placed me close to many points of interest. the room itself was cosy. the bar was a nice touch, especially the gin cocktails available after a long day.
i noticed the air conditioning was centrally controlled and off, despite the advertisement. the room got a bit warm, though it was manageable.

the room included a large flat screen tv and a safe. fresh towels were provided. the room and bathroom demonstrated cleanliness. the sound isolation was very effective, contributing to a peaceful sleep.

Adequate Stay, Some Disappointments

The bathroom cleanliness was a concern. I have stayed in Motel One hotels previously. They were always very good. This time, the shower was not properly cleaned. There was long hair on the tile wall and a large, unidentifiable stain on the floor. I saw small pieces of toilet paper under the sink.
