lovely staff, great service

friendly staffcute reception

the staff were so friendly. the lady on reception were cute when i arrived. the bar has great food and were lovely.

the strong smell in the corridors were difficult. our room were dark and tired.

The bed was very comfortable. Dinner portions seemed generous. I found the breakfast menu flexible. It accommodated my preferences well.

There was no complimentary bottled water in my room. The interior decor looked a bit old. These things affected the overall appeal, I think.

the breakfast was really good quality. there was plenty of choice and fresh options. the location was great, near local attractions. the bar and restaurant for dinner had a lovely atmosphere and friendly service.

The shower was very small i noticed. the window would not close fully and let noise in from outside it needed upgrading. i found the walls to be quite thin as well.
