The breakfast had plenty of choices. The ladies at the reception were very helpful (they assisted me with directions).
The sound insulation was almost nonexistent (I could hear street noises).

This hotel offered a SUPER location. Tram station access was only minutes away. The central train station was easily walkable. The room was quite beautiful and surprisingly quiet. There were many restaurants and a supermarket VERY close by.
The antiquated shower had weak pressure. I was disappointed that the safety deposit box did not work. I requested to move rooms, but the hotel was fully booked. Being moved to the patio hotel across the road from the main hotel was undesirable.

The rooms are adequately sized and clean. This is VERY important. Cleanliness is a MUST. Bed linen looked very fresh. All facilities, including the bathroom, were clean.

Breakfast included a large buffet, consistently replenished. The staff was VERY attentive, working hard to ensure everything was available. The hotel is close to the main train station, VERY convenient.

The hotel enjoys a location that is not right in the center, but still easily accessible. A tram stop is only a minute from the hotel. This makes it a worthwhile choice for the price.

The location was very convenient. The breakfast included ample options and variety. The staff assisted me with directions and transport suggestions. The room was clean. I appreciated the availability of a supermarket nearby for essentials. I had a good stay at this nice hotel.
