convenient locationincomplete cleaningrude receptionist
the location was quite good near the prater amusement park and a metro station, a real bonus for getting around.
The room cleaning was a bit of a letdown. the room wasn't cleaned on one of the days i was there, and when i mentioned it, the receptionist just sighed. The next day, they took the towels but didn't replace them. Getting new ones seemed like pulling teeth, really, and that same receptionist acted like i was asking for the moon. i thought it was a bit much given the price i paid.

The proximity to the Prater park was such a treat. Public transport access was also very convenient. I found the location great for getting around.
I noticed the room lacked tea and coffee making facilities. It was a small thing.

The underground parking provided ease. it had an extra charge. The breakfast area was very large, providing an abundance of seating. A cool atmosphere makes the stay really enjoyable.

the location was GREAT next to the amusement park! The metro station was also very close. The hotel was clean and modern! I appreciated the attentive staff in the hotel bar.
there was NO tea or coffee in the room. This was a little surprising.
