The reception staff was kind. They upgraded my room since it was available. I enjoyed the fresh breakfast. The selection was ample. The staff was helpful and the room offered great views.
The pool closes relatively early. This slightly limited my relaxation time.

The location near Media City offered convenient access. Taxi rides to Palm Jumeirah were quick. The spacious room and attentive service definitely enhanced my experience. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop nightclub with its vibrant atmosphere and panoramic views.
The hotel provided only one small bottle of water in the room, which seemed a little insufficient.

I found the staff helpful when i needed assistance. the room was very clean. I had no complaints at all. there were also different bars i could visit. This added to my enjoyment.
i noted that the pool closed quite early, a shame.

The room had lots of storage space. the bed was comfortable and i appreciated that two pillows were provided. One firm and one soft.
the pool area gets very little sun and is mostly shady. the hotel is nice overall and makes a good first impression with an excellent lobby though.
