lengthy check-in different floors
The breakfast was adequate. It offered plenty of food options plus several egg dishes were available to order.
Check-in took over an hour. I requested rooms next to each other a month in advance. The hotel put our rooms on different floors. I asked to speak to a manager but received no response.

relaxing vibe professional personnel ground level minimum spend
the housekeeping team was nice. mohamas infas was so polite and professional. he. the overall planning of the arrangements was aesthetically pleasing and gave it a relaxing vibe.
the lobby isn't at ground level. it is annoying and not very convenient when i stop to talk to staff. i found this frustrating. the pool only open until 6 p.m. it turns into a lounge after. i was told i must spend a minimum to have a poolside table even as a guest

i am very grateful. housekeeping team was really good throughout my stay. my room was always super clean, perfectly arranged, and refreshed with great attention to detail. the staff was polite, discreet, and very professional. their effort.

the location offer convenient access to many of the city's major attractions. the hotel boasts a range of premium amenities. i found multiple restaurants, bars, and a rooftop infinity pool. the pool offered fine views.
