The breakfast was adequate. It offered plenty of food options plus several egg dishes were available to order.
Check-in took over an hour. I requested rooms next to each other a month in advance. The hotel put our rooms on different floors. I asked to speak to a manager but received no response.

the housekeeping team was nice. mohamas infas was so polite and professional. he. the overall planning of the arrangements was aesthetically pleasing and gave it a relaxing vibe.
the lobby isn't at ground level. it is annoying and not very convenient when i stop to talk to staff. i found this frustrating. the pool only open until 6 p.m. it turns into a lounge after. i was told i must spend a minimum to have a poolside table even as a guest
