I must say that i did expect BETTER maintenance of the pool area for THE price. The shower heads needed replacement. some equipment was not working. i found this unsatisfactory. The spa area charged extra for seemingly everything such as access to the relaxation room, which i found dissapointing.

The staff were helpful generally , and the spa was also excellent.

I requested a quiet room , but I was given rooms overlooking the pool. The noise from kids playing and yelling was excessive. It took a long time for the reception to address this issue.
