metro station friendly staff small elevators room upgrades
The location was close to the lake. The metro station sits directly in front of the hotel. This made travel easy. The staff seemed very friendly. I saw excellent food during breakfast.
The elevators were small. The elevator doors do not open easily.

broken equipment expensive access
I must say that i did expect BETTER maintenance of the pool area for THE price. The shower heads needed replacement. some equipment was not working. i found this unsatisfactory. The spa area charged extra for seemingly everything such as access to the relaxation room, which i found dissapointing.

Acceptable , but with an issue
helpful staff excellent spa
The staff were helpful generally , and the spa was also excellent.
I requested a quiet room , but I was given rooms overlooking the pool. The noise from kids playing and yelling was excessive. It took a long time for the reception to address this issue.
