i am super stoked about how close this hotel is to everything. the breakfast included lots of options and tasted amazing. the room i stayed in was pretty big and clean. i also liked the security features, like needing a key to access my floor, felt real secure. great hotel!
the sound insulation was not the best, so i heard some noise from outside.

the hotel is modern and new, with secure parking available downstairs. there is also a snack vending machine in the reception area for a quick bite. i didn't use it but know it is there.

the staff were so courteous and helpful, they gave options for local attractions. check-in and check-out were super efficient, i didn't have to wait at all. the staff were very friendly and efficient too.

my room was really spacious with a nice view from the balcony. the beds were so comfy and i got complimentary chocolate. the wi-fi worked well, letting me stream movies with no problems.

the location is amazing because it's so central. it's super close to the train station and easy to reach by public transport. i walked everywhere with no problem!

The staff was amazingly helpful. They offered quick solutions to my requests. the hotel location was especially convenient, close to the train station. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. It was super clean. plus, the Freddie Mercury theme was great! i really enjoyed seeing memorabilia.
The gym was quite small. It had limited equipment.

The hotel provides a laundry service. This includes both washing and drying machines. there is also access to tea and coffee throughout the day, a very welcome feature. furthermore, safe underground parking is available at the premises.

The hotel is next to the train station platforms. This offers very convenient access. it takes only a few minutes to walk to the lake, another significant advantage. a pleasant walk leads to the town center and restaurants.

the hotel is conveniently located at the end of the railway platform. it made accessing transport very easy. my room included a balcony with good views across the rooftops toward lake geneva and the alps (i really enjoyed the scenery). i also found the pictures of freddie mercury in the public areas interesting.
the room felt very basic. a fresh coat of paint and a clean lampshade would have improved the space. the balcony also had some dirty towels and cigarette packets. this made it unpleasant to use (i wish they had cleaned it).

The room was super clean! The bathroom included shower gel, hand soap, and shampoo. I appreciated the coffee and water provided. The hotel's location right at the train station made it easy to catch my train.
The hotel is behind some old buildings, so it was hard to find initially. Plus, my room faced the train station. The noise was a problem!
