My room had a comfortable bed and a TV with BBC news. I found secure bike storage that was very helpful. The welcome from the staff member was very friendly and excellent.
I noticed no coat hooks shelves or drawers were available making it difficult to store my belongings neatly.

the location was really convenient to the train station. it certainly worked well for my travel plans. the staff were helpful. i found the breakfast to be good value for money.
the room lacked basic comforts. there was no closet, just a few pegs on the wall. the lighting was a bit dim. i noticed that sound carried easily through the walls. it was not ideal.

The staff was genuinely friendly. i appreciated the quick check-in. it was so seamless! the secure car park nearby made parking easy. I also enjoyed the good breakfast with plenty of choices.

the room was of a decent size and the bathroom was modern.
the air conditioning was inadequate. the room remained at 23c despite setting it to the lowest temperature with high fan speed, i was too hot.
