Convenient and Well-Equipped Stay

The staff members were cute. They offered a complimentary drink upon my arrival. Breakfast featured many choices, including honey and yogurt oats. Parking under the hotel was secure and provided ample space. The location is ideal with the shopping centre just around the corner.

The location was great, and the room was comfy.
The parking situation was not good at all. I saw a sign for Moxy underground parking and parked there. I discovered it was private parking using a QR code, but all spaces were booked. A staff member told me to park across the street. I later received a £100 fine because I parked in the private underground parking while trying to check in, a significant problem the staff did not prevent.

the staff were very friendly.. the food choices were good. the design of the rooms and the hotel created a fun atmosphere. there was a great lounge area with workspaces.
the parking situation was horrendous. i learned that i had to pay and book for parking using a qr code. i had trouble paying for the parking because all the spaces were booked. this resulted in a parking fine.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room decor was very cool, I liked it a lot. The location was great for accessing local attractions.
The room temperature was difficult to adjust. There was no fridge in the room, I think a fridge would be useful. The bathroom door jammed a few times
