helpful front desk staffbroken heating
The front desk staff were nice and helpful.
The heating did not work and I was not informed in advance or upon arrival. It was February so it was freezing cold in the room.

the location Was GREAT, honestly. it was near the metro.
the smell in my room was something Else. i think it was sewage. EVERY morning it reeked, and housekeeping did NOTHING about it, so i did not like that.

the location was very convenient. the room included two comfortable chairs. the hotel ambience. the manager assisted me with transport to ensure i found the right place.
the air conditioning was broken. street noise was very nice. the free breakfast i was offered as compensation was not of high quality. they did not make much effort.
