The staff was helpful with directions. they also provided useful information about local attractions. i liked the free coffee and pastries in the lobby, they were available all day. i also enjoyed the small farewell gift upon check-out. It was a kind gesture.
the room was slightly smaller than expected, though this didn't significantly impact my stay.

the location was quite good and close to many spots.
The rooms were quite small. my room lacked a view. i seemed like i was in darkness most of the time. We even had to use the strange orange lights during the day, it was a bit depressing

The location was indeed great.
The room was quite small, I did not expect that. The bathroom felt cramped and lacked natural light, so it was dark even during the day. I also found the pillows very uncomfortable, they were too flat. The overall experience was average.

The hotel was clean and well presented. The staff gave us a little goodie bag when we checked out with snacks for our travels (a classy touch!). I found this very considerate and unexpected.
The room was super tiny. It also had no view, so all day I was in darkness. I had to use the ugly hotel orange lights.

The hotel is a short walk from the Anne Frank house this historical site. Many amazing restaurants are nearby. It is also close to a supermarket and the tram stop.

Coffee is available anytime, so I could always get a caffeine fix (which was much appreciated). The breakfast was plentiful with many options. There were also cookies available near the coffee machine.
