central location spacious room excellent breakfast noisy room impractical bed expensive hotel
The location are central. Attractions were a few minutes away. I could reach them walking. The room was spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was excellent. I could choose from croissants, eggs, bacon, bread, porridge, fruit, and detox juices.
The room was noisy. the hotel itself wasn't quiet. I did not like the bed lining, this was not practical. It wasn't hygienic too. The hotel are expensive. It don't meet the standards of a 4-stars hotel.

fantastic central hotel
convenient location friendly staff amazing breakfast
I enjoyed the proximity to everything. I found the location very convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful, which i value a lot. breakfast was really amazing and offered a good variety of choices.
the room decor seemed somewhat dated and the cabinetry had a few scratches, but that didn't bother me much.

We booked a quadruple room, and it worked perfectly for our family. the room was clean. The beds were comfortable. i found the bathroom to be very good.

The hotel's location is superb. I could easily walk to the cathedral and other attractions. a carrefour store is just around the corner, very convenient. everything is within walking distance!

A mixed bag. Location is okay.
small room inadequate racks
Our room felt smaller than advertised. Quite disappointing. there wasn't much space for luggage which was annoying. the bathroom also lacked adequate towel racks. this. Especially after a long day.

The hotel has a very central location. The cathedral is only a few minutes walk away. I also found many bars and places to eat nearby. The super nice team and friendly . The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options.
The air conditioning was switched off, made the room stuffy. I was told this is normal during winter. I noticed the wallpaper in the room was stapled to the wall.

I appreciated the central location. It made accessing the city's attractions easy. the rooms showed excellent cleanliness. i also found the building itself to be beautiful.

the breakfast offered a good variety, including gluten-free options, acceptable.
the a/c was not effective enough, and the room felt stuffy. i inquired, and i was told it is switched off during winter, which wasn't ideal. this impacted my stay, as i prefer a cooler room temperature..
