clean room spacious room helpful staff building work loud noise rooftop disturbance
The rooms were very clean and quite spacious. The hotel staff was amazing , very friendly and helpful. The location was good , especially with a garage available.
There was building work outside , and my first room was right opposite it. This meant there was very loud noise on and off from 7:30 a.m. til 6 p.m. You could also hear it from the rooftop bar and pool area , so it wasn't relaxing. I feel bad for everyone on the side of the hotel with the building work.

clean room new bed helpful staff
My room, a double or twin room, was very clean and well kept. The bed felt new and provided excellent support. I noticed fresh towels daily and appreciated the efficient air conditioning. It was a WELCOME relief from the heat. The staff were notably helpful, providing clear directions to local attractions. Breakfast offered numerous options. I especially liked the fresh fruit and pastries. The rooftop pool area was well-kept. I found plenty of sunbeds available.
The lift could sometimes be a little slow. I waited a few minutes on occasion.

the breakfast buffet had fresh churros. the receptionist provided helpful restaurant recommendations and a map. the hotel is in a residential area perfect for exploring.

fantastic hotel experience!
helpful staff spacious room crisp aircon beautiful pool
the staff was helpful and friendly! i really loved the spacious rooms and the crisp air conditioning made for very comfortable sleep. the hotel's location in triana had plenty of lovely bars and restaurants. i found the pool area very beautiful, with a nice view (i liked it!).
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway, a very minor disturbance.
