My room, a double or twin room, was very clean and well kept. The bed felt new and provided excellent support. I noticed fresh towels daily and appreciated the efficient air conditioning. It was a WELCOME relief from the heat. The staff were notably helpful, providing clear directions to local attractions. Breakfast offered numerous options. I especially liked the fresh fruit and pastries. The rooftop pool area was well-kept. I found plenty of sunbeds available.

the staff was helpful and friendly! i really loved the spacious rooms and the crisp air conditioning made for very comfortable sleep. the hotel's location in triana had plenty of lovely bars and restaurants. i found the pool area very beautiful, with a nice view (i liked it!).
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway, a very minor disturbance.
