the hotel is conveniently close to the main shinjuku station, it made travel easy. restaurants and convenience stores are nearby, so meals and quick needs were never an issue. housekeeping changed my towels and trash daily and they did an excellent job. i found the surrounding neighborhood wonderful.

the room was very small. it made it hard for me to keep my luggage.

the hotel had very helpful staff (they assisted with directions). the location was excellent, near station exit b16. i found many delicious food options nearby. i really appreciated the luggage holding service before check-in.

the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed, so i had to turn it off and on. this made it difficult to maintain a consistent temperature. a better ac system would really improve the experience.
