Charming Japanese Experience

refined stylegenuine smilefresh optionsextra charges
I found the Japanese style very refined. It brought such calm and beauty to the hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean. I appreciated the staff's kindness, helpfulness, and attentiveness. The staff's warm smiles. The bed was comfortable. I rested well. The breakfast offered a delicious, healthy variety of fresh options. I felt energized each morning.
I noticed some additional services had extra charges. Juice and laundry services required extra payment, which wasn't ideal. I would have preferred those amenities to be included.
Location
9/10
The hotel is peaceful. I found it conveniently situated. It is also close to the metro station, so it makes travelling around easy. I could walk to nearby attractions and restaurants easily.
Dining
10/10
The breakfast selection had Japanese and Western options. I enjoyed the fresh ingredients. Everything was well-prepared. The dining area was clean and inviting with a calming atmosphere, so I started my days perfectly.

amazing experience!

attentive staffonsen reservationsfresh optionseasy check-in
I enjoyed my recent visit. the hotel staff were super attentive. They answered all my questions about local spots. the onsen reservations were easy to manage and use, i booked mine as soon as i checked in! breakfast offered many fresh options and it really set me up for the day.
The room was a bit small. It had barely enough space for luggage.
Service

The staff were cute and always available, addressing requests immediately. Their english proficiency made communication simple, and i appreciated their assistance with local directions, so i always felt confident exploring.
Facilities
8/10
The onsen provided a relaxing experience. I found the tatami mats to be authentic, and the hotel maintained them well, though the walls could use a new painting.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast included japanese options. They were nutritious, fresh and varied. I especially loved the miso soup. There was also coffee and tea available, though the selection of pastries could be expanded.
