The room had a good selection of tea and coffee. The staff were friendly. The room was also ready early, a bonus!
The bathroom looked quite tired. The hot tap produced water that was instantly scolding, quite dangerous. Water leaked onto the carpet from a crack in the ceiling.

kind staff luggage assistance comfy bed amazing food
The staff were very kind. A housekeeper helped carry my luggage to my car. I appreciate their kindness. The bed was comfy. The food was AMAZING!!!
The sound proofing could be improved.

I liked the express check in. The room felt modern. The breakfast was good. The posters about the building history added a nice touch.
The bathroom looked old with poor finish on the tiles.

lovely room and good breakfast
spacious room modern ensuite included breakfast
i was upgraded to a classic double room upon arrival. the room was very spacious and included a modern ensuite. breakfast was included since i booked directly with the hotel, i had a full english, and my wife enjoyed a good healthy option.
there was no water to drink in the bedroom, except from the bathroom tap.

A Nice Stay
spacious room white towels
We had a lovely spacious room on the top floor. Velux windows and original beams gave it character. Large fluffy white towels were supplied (the best!). Every staff member was polite, helpful, and friendly.
The absence of a lift in the hotel, which spans three floors, posed an inconvenience. This could be challenging with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

handy location great food helpful staff thin duvet cover rotten window frames cold draft
I found the location really handy. it was close to the bus station. the bar had great food too including amazing breakfasts. the staff were friendly and helpful. They even helped with parking advice.
the duvet cover seemed a bit thin. i felt cold at night. the wooden window frames were a bit rotten. i could feel a cold draft.
