poor food qualityunhelpful staff
the breakfast was not good at all. there were not many options, and the quality was not great either! i also found the staff at the front desk unhelpful. they rarely looked up from their computers, and i was like i was bothering them when i asked for assistance.

excellent stay!

the location is superb. it is near great food and local night markets. it was a 5-minute taxi ride from the train station. i was given a room around 2pm and it was big for one person. the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
the front desk team seemed disengaged. they rarely looked up from their computers. interactions felt transactional.

The hotel is close to the mtr station. Many restaurants are nearby. public transportation is very convenient. the hotel's central location makes it easy to explore different parts of the city. It is quite helpful.
