my room had a perfect workspace, very helpful.. the new room included a writing desk. the front office manager, aaron, listened to my request and arranged a new room for me.
the front desk called me asking about cleaning services even with the 'do not disturb' light on.

I loved the great location. It's near everything! the staff were really helpful. the rooms felt spacious too.

the hotel location is great i was close to bus stops and metro stations there were also many shops and restaurants nearby the breakfast buffet included dimsum and buns i enjoyed the staff were helpful
the bathroom was quite cramped it could benefit from a redesign to offer more space and improved functionality

the gym has several treadmills and elliptical machines, providing adequate options for cardio workouts the hotel also offers a swimming pool, open daily until 9 pm it provides a place to relax after a busy day.

The location was near various restaurants. I also appreciated the modern decor. The front desk staff were helpful. I would choose to stay here again. The room was quite comfortable and clean, complete with a coffee machine. It included water refilled each day. The air conditioning worked well. The bed and cushions were great
The lights in the room were too bright. It made it hard to sleep without complete darkness.
