small room unadjustable air conditioning
the room looked smaller than expected. too many decorations cluttered the space, this made moving around difficult. also, the air conditioning was not adjustable. it was too cold, causing discomfort . i suggest the hotel consider decluttering rooms and upgrading their climate control system.

fake item rope curtain
the breakfast had plenty of asian and european options with fresh juices. it met my expectations.
the decorative items looked fake. the rope curtain did not block light, i had to keep the thick curtain closed all the time. there was not even one bottle of water in the room, just a water machine at the lifts.

amazing stay!
generous room convenient dispenser simplified commute helpful staff
I booked a studio king or twin room extra bed, and the size was fantastic. It easily accommodated all my luggage! the water dispenser outside my room was super convenient. the hotel's proximity to the airport bus station on nathan road really simplified my commute. the staff were very helpful, giving me succinct directions.

The hotel features quirky interior design that's fun and modern. It adds character! a water vending machine sits just outside the room. It provides both hot and cold water, so that's useful. i found this very convenient. I was able to hydrate quickly.

The staff really shined. They are very friendly and provided excellent service, like assisting with a late check-out! the staff always gave me clear and succinct directions to different places. I didn't get lost once. i definitely appreciated their help.

The location was great. It was close to the airport bus station on nathan road. it's also a short walk to the mtr station. This made getting around super easy. many restaurants and shops are nearby. I could find anything i needed easily.

central location nearby restaurants metro station
The location is excellent (I enjoyed being so central). Several restaurants are nearby and a very good Cantonese restaurant is right beside the exit. The bus station to catch the A21 to the airport is only 300 meters away. Tsim Sha Tsui metro station is 400 meters away.
The breakfast buffet, while available, seemed just average to me.

decent experience overall
friendly staff helpful staff early check-in shower flood poor cleanliness reception issue
the staff were friendly and helpful. venus and cary at the front desk were particularly accommodating. i was able to check in early after a long flight. i also stored my bags after checking out and got assistance hailing a taxi.
the shower flooded to ankle level. the room cleanliness was disappointing. i complained to reception, but they did not offer a room change.

Adequate stay overall
helpful staff great location unpleasant scent small entrance
The staff was helpful they arranged taxis and gave directions. A supermarket nearby stayed open until late it was a five minute walk from the MTR station.
The entrance was hard to notice the pushing door was small. The scent inside the lobby was unpleasant the furniture was huge but not comfy.
