small elevator average breakfast
the elevators were quite small. it felt cramped with more than a couple of people and luggage. also, the breakfast selection wasn't that excellent. i found the quality just alright, not amazing. twice.

blissful beachside stay
immaculate room peaceful setting staff kindness
my double room was immaculate, with fresh towels daily. the sea view from the balcony created a peaceful setting. breakfast included many choices and the staff were kind.
The lack of soundproofing in the rooms bothered me. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms.

the double room had comfortable beds and a well-functioning air conditioning system, a small refrigerator was useful. complimentary toiletries were provided and replenished daily. a writing desk and chair provided a space for work.

the hotel featured a rooftop pool with ample sun loungers. a bar next to the pool provided convenient access to drinks and snacks. the gym had 3 treadmills and free weights. i saw many people used the pool.

the front desk staff were efficient and helpful with directions. daily housekeeping ensured the room was always clean. room service was available during limited hours. i was very happy with the service. i will be back.

the hotel is near the beach, providing easy access. several restaurants and shops are within walking distance. the bus stop to palma is a short walk away. transfers were quickly organized.

rusty grid poor breakfast
The room i stayed in had some problems. the metal grid above the shower was rusty. also, the fridge sometimes worked and other times it didn't. breakfast was disappointing. There was a lot of choice, but the quality wasn't great.

rusty grid unreliable fridge
The location near the beach was acceptable.
The room showed signs of wear. Chunks were missing from the chair and toilet seat. The metal grid above the shower was rusty. The fridge was unreliable. It sometimes worked, sometimes it didn't.
