the staff were friendly.
the room i booked was located on a very busy, loud main road. buses, motorcycles and sirens were constant through the night. there was no direct access to the water from the hotel.

The staff were all so kind. Even when we poorly attempted spanish! the reception was responsive. the food was great. it is easy to get into central palma by bus. stops are right outside the hotel. you could spend all your time at the hotel!
the building where spa is located, is away from the main building! though walkable, i noticed there was not a very diverse menu.

The hotel provides steps leading directly into the sea. This is a plus for accessing the water easily and the hotel is very well situated with several restaurants and beaches nearby, though the location was perfect!

breakfast included excellent eggs benedict and the hotel restaurant is amazing. the environment within the restaurant is very cozy. the breakfast buffet in the morning is also worth noting, with great options.

the staff is very polite, attentive and professional. the staff makes the guest feel really special. i found the service to be of suberb quality in all areas, with the team being very responsive

the breakfast with juan pedro was amazing. i especially enjoyed the nine-course breakfast with cava and coffee (the cava was a lovely touch!). the tasting plates had great variety, with tuna, pork, and lamb.
i was staying in the new building and it was quite noisy. my room had no ocean view, only a main street full of traffic. i found out the hotel has a practice of using the rooms with amazing sea views as marketing bait, while the majority of the rooms are noisy and dull.
