a romantic escape in the heart of the city

The staff was kind and helpful throughout my stay. the location was ideal, close to many attractions and public transport links. the cleanliness of the room was immaculate. I especially loved the provided kettle with coffee and tea.

the location is very central. you can walk to most attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. i was able to store my bags before check-in.
the room was quite small. i could hear noise from outside. there was no air conditioning in the room.

broken tvstreet noise
I was quite frustrated with my "standard twin room". the tv didn't work and when i asked about it, i was told it couldn't be fixed . also, the street noise was just awful. I heard every single car and person outside. it made it difficult to sleep even with earplugs.

the location is great. metro stations were very close. a lot of food options were available. my room was quiet, the courtyard view made it really peaceful.
my room lacked air conditioning.
