The room included complimentary drinks in the fridge. I found this a nice touch. The parking is located in an underground garage. Access requires going through the hotel, which I considered secure.
The lighting was dim in the room.

excellent location and dog-friendly!
dog-friendly environment helpful staff early check-in
I was very pleased to find they accept dogs of any size. I traveled with my two-year-old labrador. the hotel provided treats and water bowls in the hallways. It created a cute environment for pets. the staff was very helpful and efficient during check-in, even though i arrived over an hour early.
the jam tubs at breakfast were almost impossible to open.

The location is excellent, being within walking distance of the center and local transport facilities. nyugati station and oktogon are also in easy walking distance. This makes exploring convenient. the hotel is central but in a quiet area.

The reception operates 24/7, located in the adjacent hotel, offering round-the-clock assistance. the staff gave excellent advice. They were super helpful and supportive. the reception staff answered all my questions with a smile. This provided a cute experience.

My room was large and quiet, equipped with good basic facilities. the bed was comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. This demonstrated high standards of hygiene. the shower water was nice and hot early in the morning.

Acceptable stay, SOME ISSUES
central location underground parking broken air conditioning uncomfortable bed
I found the location fine. It was only a five minute stroll to the main streets. Finding and parking the car in the underground parking lot was easy. The STAFF have been really professional in every interaction.
The air conditioning did not work . A ventilator was provided, but it was not what i PAID for. Some people from the personal were rude, they were not eager to help. The bed was not very confortable. The pillows were super soft.
