surprisingly charming stay
helpful staff bigger room good selection gym use
this hotel offered helpful staff, available all hours. i got moved to a bigger room After my tv stopped working. the bar offered a good selection of drinks. the gym was available for guest use, a BIG plus for my Routine.
i noticed A small stain on the carpet near the corner of the room, but it was very minor.

shoddy room pathetic shower
the restaurant offered excellent food and a very comfortable bar area.
The room was shoddy. i found a towel clearly left out, suggesting the room was not cleaned properly before my arrival. the shower was also pathetic. It was literally a dribble of water. this is unacceptable as it takes only seconds to test.

hard bed noisy room
the food is great and breakfast buffet has an excellent choice
on arrival the receptionist was friendly and cute. I got the keys to my room and headed off back to the car park. This is where my room was it was very noisy with traffic and people talking. The bed was too hard and the pillows where hard and soft it was odd.

solid stay, a few quirks
friendly staff good package accessible sockets
the staff was friendly. the room had a tv with a good channel package. the accessible sockets made charging devices easy, i liked that.
the room felt a bit dated. it needed some updating, especially in the bathroom. the sofa also needed a good vacuum.

the location suited my needs well , offering convenient access. the restaurant provided excellent food and a pleasant experience. the bar area was very comfortable and relaxing.
the hotel lacked a lift to the first floor , which could be a problem with mobility issues.
