The room was big, but it had a few issues. The shower leaked water all over the floor. I had to use towels to clean it up. The beds were quite bouncy. I also rented bikes from the hotel. They were broken. No warning was given about that.

The room was spacious and very clean. I appreciated the king size bed and the balcony offered a nice view. The bar provided a lovely space and the bartenders were attentive. It felt quiet despite being busy.
The email responses were slow. Significant delays occurred when correcting a billing error. The reception staff did not seem sure when providing information about the hotel services.

the room was very clean upon arrival. staff provided helpful advice and directions. the rooftop offers good views, a nice place to unwind after the day. i walked back from dinner without any issues.
i noticed the lack of conditioner in the shower, but it was a minor issue.
