The location was unbeatable. I was steps away from St Stephen's Basilica! My room was spacious. I had a really comfortable bed. The staff members were cute, helpful, and always ready to assist with directions and recommendations.
The lighting was a little bright, it would have been great to dim them further.

the room was HUGE (rooms 106 & 108), it features a big bed and extra seating. a large bathroom includes a walk in rain shower and large windows. There was so much space for unpacking and hanging clothing. The location is also great, a few steps from the basilica. the staff arranged a taxi to the airport for me. The airco was a life saver.
the air con in the room did not work very effectively, this. I was disappointed with this detail.

Really good Experience in the Heart of the City!

The hotel is very close to the metro station, so travelling was convenient. Public transport tickets are reasonably priced, I found. The reception staff are friendly. I appreciated the cleanliness and organization of my room. Everything was perfectly laid out. Even with my late arrival, access to the hotel was smooth.
The coffee pods were not to my liking. They tasted rather bitter.
