Really good Stay, Clean Rooms, Great Service!

The room had a modern design and was impeccably clean. I found the hotel's location convenient for accessing the city center. A short walk took me to the Wasserturm. Online check-in offered the advantage of choosing my room and floor (which was so cool!). The staff were more than helpful in every area, from arrival to the restaurant.
I did notice some street noise from traffic, but it was very minor.

The room was clean and spacious, including a lovely bathroom with amazing decor. Amenities were fully provided, and the hairdryer worked great, complete with ample space and mirrors. The bed was also comfortable (and the pillows were too!).

Breakfast was comprehensive. There was nothing that wasn't available for me! Staff in the breakfast room, including the chef, were so cute. The bar and food manager serving us was polite and helpful, giving us good advice.

The hotel offers easy parking and fast check-in, providing very good value. The reception area has a shop area where you can buy snacks and drinks, so useful! Tram stops are just outside the hotel. This makes getting around easy.

i found the room clean. it also was very spacious, i appreciate that. the bathroom decor was lovely, the shower amazing. all amenities were provided, everything you could need. the bed was comfortable and the pillows AMAZING!!!
Staff were not very friendly upon arrival. The receptionist suggested a downgrade for the same price. they claimed they could do nothing about it, which wasn't the best first impression.

the location was convenient for travel to the city centre. i also discovered enough parking space to park the car, a great convenience. there is a tram stop located directly in front of the hotel.
